Literacy for LIFE tutorial program, an umbrella for its seven services.
The Literacy for LIFE program encourages and educates adult learners of all ages in our community to enable positive changes for successful life outcomes.
Our services are always free of charge.

High School Equivalency Prep (HISET)
HiSET (High School Equivalency Test, formerly GED) Exam tutorial services.
Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE)
TABE (Test for Adult Basic Education) assessment and tutorial services.
Digital Literacy (Computer Lab) for Senior Citizens
Basic computer skills tutoring.
Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)
Preparation and tutoring services for a potential active-duty service member to pass the military entrance exam.
Literacy and Comprehensive Reading Tutoring
Basic phonic and comprehensive reading skills tutoring services.
Conversational English Tutoring Services
This service provides assistance or guidance in the English language for foreign adult learners.
10-Week Citizenship Class and Naturalization Application Compliance Services
This service prepares foreign adult learners to pass the reading, writing, and speaking civics test to become a citizen of the United States. Moreover, a volunteer tutor is assigned to assist the adult in completing the N-400 Naturalization Application. This service also provides a $65 scholarship for the $725 application fee upon submission.
